Webinars by Blogging Experts
Each webinar (online seminar) includes:
- A presentation by a speaker on topics such as monetization, marketing your blog, plug-ins, increasing traffic, writing for SEO…
- Q&A. Submit your questions for the webinar in advance or online.
- Mini-presentations when there is a topic that requires immediate attention.
After each webinar we’ll send out an evaluation form to get your feedback. We want to ensure that you get real value for your time.
Ask the Experts
This is a chance for members to pose specific questions to blogging experts. Here’s how it works:
- Every month, you submit your questions. We’ll send you a reminder.
- We’ll consolidate these questions and send them to our panel. They’ll answer those that fit their expertise.
- We’ll compile their answers into a document and send all the questions and answers to all members.
It’s a simple process and a spectacular opportunity.
Post Marketing on the GBN Blog
You likely have posts that you feel deserve more traffic. Posts that really reflect the quality and nature of your blog. These are the ones to publish on the GBN blog.
The GBN blog will show the first paragraph or two of your post – enough to get people hooked – and a “more” button which will redirect the reader to your blog.
GBN Post Marketing:
- Introduces people to your blog.
- Directs readers to your site so that they can read the entire post.
- Provides more inbound links to your site.
- Includes Tweets promoting your post
If you prefer not to have a post in the GBN blog, you can send a 75 word announcement to GBN members in the monthly newsletter.
The Blog Hop: driving new traffic to your blog
Contests are great for introducing new people to your blog but they’re not easy to run and they need a hook so that they really work.
“The Blog Hop” is a contest that involves 28 GBN members. That’s the hook. Cooperatively, we’ll drive traffic to all sites. And, because there is a group of us, the prizes are outstanding. See the Blog Hop page for details. This service is only open to GBN members and is purchased separately from the membership.
The GBN Members’ Lounge
The Members’ Lounge is where discussions take place, tips are exchanged and ideas are brainstormed. You get your own page and you can email and instant message with other members as well as upload pictures and posts.
GBN Resource Library
Located within the Members’ Lounge is the GBN Resource Library available exclusively to GBN members. There you will find recordings of past webinars and previously published issues of the Ask the Experts reports.
Monthly GBN newsletter
The GBN newsletter is sent mid-month featuring a how-to article, tips and advice that you need to grow your blog.
